Submitters are able to upload a piece of content for review via the Norm Ai Submission Form. You can access the Submission Form and create a new submission by clicking on the "**+** **New Submission**" button on the top lefthand corner of the Control Panel.

The Submission Form will capture key information about the submission, which will be used to route the content to the correct team(s) for review, and ensure that the reviewer(s) have all of the information necessary to complete their review. This metadata can also be used to filter and search for relevant submissions in the Norm Ai Registry.

The first page of the Submission Form:

- **Main Document Upload**: this is where you upload the initial version of your content for Norm to review. Norm supports PDF, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, and txt files.The file size limit is 100 MB and the page limit is 180. Note that the file must be unencrypted.

- **Select Regulations **enables the Submitter to choose which Regulation(s) the Submission should be evaluated under.
- **Submission Name** is the name of the Submission that you are creating.
- **Intended Audience** is the intended audience of the content. This is used by Norm to ensure that the review that we do of your content is properly tailored to the audience that will receive it.
  - **Individual Investors** are non-professional investors from the general public.
  - **Institutional Investors** are entities like pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, and mutual funds, which make substantial investments on behalf of others.
  - **Intermediaries, Advisors and Finance Professionals** are industry professionals who may use the material for further advising or educational purposes.
- **Distribution Channel** is how the content will be distributed. This is used by Norm to tailor the review to who will be able to see the document.
  - **Generally Accessible** refers to documents that are available to the public, such as documents on a public web page.
  - **Not Generally Accessible** refers to documents that are not available to the public, such as documents distributed to clients upon request.
- **Intended Release Date** is when you intend to make the marketing document public. This is used by Norm to ensure that its evaluation of dates within the document is tailored to the date on which the document will become public.

Once you click "**Upload**" and submit a piece of content for review, Norm will take you to the main page for that Submission. Note that larger files may take a few minutes to run.
